Include a public bill serial such as FWP-0001, a rough time, the page you were on, and what happened. Send plain text or paste the relevant error. Do not send a PayPal password, payment details, identity documents, or a working holder, creator, or unsubscribe token.

Missing email or a lost link

Check spam and the email address you entered. The useful message comes from Four Word Pass; PayPal sandbox does not deliver its payment notifications to ordinary inboxes. If you are the current holder, the story page may offer Email me my link.

Your holder key may have expired because the bill moved on or returned to the wild. Creator keys may still be in the original creator email or in the same browser's local storage. Contact us from the address you used and include the public serial if you need help.

Checkout or handoff trouble

Use a sandbox buyer account for checkout. A displayed sandbox balance or payout is not real money. Delivery can take a little time; refresh the public story page before trying again. If a failure persists, report the serial and the visible error. Never send a live payment to fix a sandbox issue.

Report a story or an unwanted invitation

For harassment, private information, unlawful material, or an unwanted invitation, email us with the public serial and the specific words or message. You do not need to claim or pass a buck to report it. Do not send repeated invitations to someone who has declined.

Follow emails include a link to change or stop updates. If you received an unwanted holder or creator message, contact us from the receiving address so we can investigate and help stop further contact.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email us from the address you used, if possible, with the subject Privacy request. Say whether you want access, correction, deletion, de-identification, or help stopping messages, and include a public serial if you have one. We may need to verify control of the address before changing private records.

Requests are handled manually. Clearing your browser's storage does not remove server records. Read the privacy policy for retention, public content, providers, and your choices.

Report a security issue privately

Use the subject Security report and describe the issue without including working credentials or another person's private information. We can arrange a safer way to exchange details if necessary. Please avoid testing against other people's data or publishing exploitable private links.
